RETURNS POLICY

When can I apply for an exchange or refund?


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 90 days from the purchase date you may either return your purchased product to us for a full refund or exchange it for another product of equal value. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.


Reasons for the changes


• Do not I was the size or I didn't like it.

• Defective Product before use: the received product possesses any failure or breakage.

• I received something that I did not ask for: the product received is different from the one you requested.

Clarification

You are responsible for the shipping cost and all taxes applicable to the return or change of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties.
